Dennis Demo - President/Broker

Dennis Demois the founder, President and acting CEO of which he formed in 1986. After 14 years of wholesale lending experience and serving as Executive Vice President for The Money Group, Inc. for 8 years, Mr. Demo decided that his real passion was to get back to originating loans and interacting directly with his borrowers.

"I had really forgotten how great it feels to take an active role in finding solutions to my borrower's financial concerns one-on-one."

Mr. Demo earned his Masters degree in Economics and a BA in Financial Planning. He graduated from the University of California-Berkeley in 1972. He has also held many first-time homebuyers' seminars all across California.

Mr. Demo grew up in the Sacramento area and now resides in Citrus Heights where he has been a licensed real estate broker since 1975. His professional experience includes all aspects of residential, commercial, construction and income property lending.
