The Click1003 Interactive Online Mortgage Application software and File Manager Dashboard are constantly upgraded to comply with the FTC regulations regarding the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB Act), the Safeguards Rule and The Patriot Act (find more here).

When a borrower applies for a loan using Click1003 Interactive Online Mortgage Application software, either through the File Manager Dashboard or from the broker's web site, all of the borrower's information is 128 bit encrypted and transferred via secure socket layer (SSL) into a secure account we open for our clients in their company's name on the 1003application.com secure servers owned by Click1003.

We have chosen MarkeTrends Productions at MarkeTrends.net as our server administrator because of their excellent record of 99%+ uptime and their attention to detail when it comes to security measures. MarkeTrends basically attends to the Click1003 servers' security, operational and servicing needs.

New, Secure Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard.

This is a brand new, web-based and secure loan file and origination interface tool for the Loan Originator, Mortgage Broker, Banker, Credit Union, Real Estate Agent, Lender or any other mortgage industry professional involved with residential loan origination.

Click1003 is phasing out the Click1003FTP File Manager software that used to reside on the processor's desktop and replaced it with the new Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard.

This new tool allows a minimum of 128 bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption for loan file transfers. We believe the introduction of this new tool offers better functionality and greater security than our previous FTP client. This new addition is a web-based tool used to originate and retrieve the loan files from the secure 1003application.com server. When originating or retrieving borrower files with the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard software, the files are transferred from our secure server 128 bit SSL encrypted, and remain encrypted until the files reach your computer and are unencrypted by your browser.

Click1003 in-house security controls:

Borrower Files: Click1003 does not save your borrower files or any of your borrower information on any of its local computers. We do not deal in mortgage leads and have no reason to access your borrower information accept when requested by you for trouble-shooting purposes should they arise.

Employees Of Click1003: In order to maintain the highest level of security for our clients, no one who works with Click1003 as a developer or contributor has access to any of Click1003's Clients' borrower or broker files. The only person at Click1003 who has access to these files is the President/Owner/Developer, Doug Perry.

Affiliates Of Click1003: The Click1003 secure folders (where your borrower files reside after being submitted) are hosted by Click1003 on our own 1003application.com servers owned by Click1003 and maintained by MarkeTrends Productions. Because your borrower files are 128 bit SSL encrypted while in transfer to or from the Click1003 secure servers, none of your borrower nonpublic information can be read. Click1003 has has been using MarkeTrends Productions for overseeing our secure servers for the last eight years without incident. We have the utmost confidence in MarkeTrends Productions based on the honesty and integrity of its President/Owner, Matt Tourtillott and his knowledge, practices and track record of dealing with sensitive secure information in the mortgage industry.

Click1003 has been using MarkeTrends Productions services for all of our secure hosting needs since it's inception in August of 1999 and we have never had any security issues, downtime or security breaches of any kind. MarkeTrends Productions is one of the only companies that is known for their knowledge of the security requirements of the mortgage industry (A large portion of site hosting on the MarkeTrends Productions servers are mortgage or real estate related).

Loss Prevention: The Click1003 servers are located in Auburn California in a temperature-controlled and secure environment. All secure files are backed up every night to prevent loss of information on all of the Click1003 servers. The Click1003 application servers also employ a 4-Disk Redundant Array of Independent Drives (RAID) Mirroring Subsystem with Adaptec Serial RAID Controllers for backup and loss prevention. This means that the operating system files and the application files are both written to two high speed drives simultaneously preventing loss of information should one drive fail. The Click1003 servers are also protected by backup generators in case of an electrical outage.

The Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard also allows you to import or save your secure files to any folder on your local computer at any time so there is no need to worry that your borrower files will be lost if something should ever happen to cause an interruption in service.
