Q1 - How does the Click1003 Online Application work?

A1 - Signing up for the Click1003 Pro Package automatically generates your new account and provides you with a link for you to incorporate into your website for the 'Apply Online' button or link. Borrower's can then apply from your web site and their loan files will show up in your File Manager Dashboard.

Q2 - What makes the Click1003 Interactive Online Mortgage Application different than other online applications?

A2 - The biggest difference is that borrowers find it easy to fill out the Click1003 online application! Some of the advantages of using Click1003 for the Borrower and the broker, as opposed to other applications, are listed below:

Q3 - If I order, how long does it take for you to set me up?

A3 - How fast can you fill out a form? Once you sign up, you will be sent an email with your link to the login screen and a User ID and Password. When you log into your Dashboard, you will fill out the registration information and the information to set up your online application. When you submit your registration to us, you will automatically be sent an email with the link to incorporate into your website for the "Apply Online" button or link. When this is done, you are ready to take online applications and start using your Dashboard!

Q4 - If I subscribe to the Click1003 Pro services, do I own the program?

A4 - You are purchasing a service, not program software. Click1003 will license the Click1003 Pro Package to you to use for the term you pay for. When your license term has expired, you will keep the work you've done, but we will retain ownership of the program.

Q5 - Can I put this program on my own server for my company to use? And can you customize it for me?

A5 - If you are a lender, mortgage broker, bank or credit union, you may have a need to install the entire database and Click1003 programs on your company server. This option is available in the form of a 5 year licensing agreement and includes the option for full graphic customization and branding for an additional fee. You will be able to install the program and database on your secure server(s) in it's present state for your company to use. You can also tie it into your back-end banking or database software and manipulate the code to facilitate your company's needs. Prices start around $50,000. There are too many details for the 5 year licensing option to mention here, but if you are interested in this option, please contact us directly at 800-398-0504 for additional information.

Although some companies do need the above option, most will take advantage of our offer to continue to further develop and maintain the program for the $49.95 per month for a broker or lender, and only $19.95 per month for a loan originator?

Q6 - If I get the Click1003 Pro Package, do I have to pay $19.95 for each of my loan officers?

A6 - No. If you are a broker signed up on the $49.95 monthly automatic billing payment program, or the annual $500.00 payment, you do not have to pay for your loan officers to have their own dashboard. The $19.95 monthly option is for your loan officers to have their own Loan Consultant version of the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard to use in the office or out in the field if they want to have the advantage of using all of the same tools of the Broker/Banker version. If they choose to sign up, they will be signed up under your broker key and their loans will be visible in your company's Broker/Banker version. The loan consultant will only have access to their own loans, while you will have access to all of the loans in your loan officer's pipeline. Your loan officers don't need a Loan Consultant version to submit loans on the system. They can still go to your website and use the online application to submit their loans. Through their email link that is sent to them upon loan submission, they can still print and edit loans by gaining access through their email. If your loan officers would like to activate the Loan Consultant version, we suggest they sign up with us directly and pay for their own dashboard.

Q7 - Do I have to buy both the Online Application and the File Manager Dashboard separately?

A7 - Both modules are combined into one program and designed to work together for maximum efficiency. We don't believe in selling a core program and then bilking our clients by selling them additional modules to make the program work. Our belief is that you should get one great program that does everything you need it to do, without having to pay for each new function.

Q8 - Other online mortgage applications offer far less functionality and cost more. If you are adding the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard to the online application, aren't you giving this program away?

A8 - It's true, we have continued to make advancements to our online software, but we haven't raised our prices in seven years! Although we are adding over a years worth of development and introducing a completely new software interface to the mortgage industry, we felt that some mortgage software needed to be affordable for the loan originator. So, we believe we will increase our client base by delivering outstanding software at a very reasonable price. Our goal is to be the best. Q10 - What is the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard for?

A10 - It's main functions are to give the Broker and Loan Originator a way to keep track of, and manipulate the loan files in their pipeline, communicate loan submissions and changes to applications instantly to the processor. It also offers the loan originator in the field who may not have an LOS on their personal computer, or may not have their computer handy when an opportunity presents itself, a way to originate loans at any time from anywhere. People are very spontaneous and you don't want to miss out on that opportunity - it may not be there later.

Q11 - How do I get the File Manager Dashboard? Do I download it to my computer?

A11 - Your Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard is located on the internet on a secure site. When you sign up, you will be given a link to the Dashboard along with a User ID and Password to access it on the internet. You can use it anywhere in the world on any computer with an internet connection. There is nothing to download or install.

Q12 - Is the File Manager Dashboard difficult to use?

A12 - Absolutely not. It is about the easiest mortgage interface available online. A lot of thought and experience went into the Dashboard's development. There are easy instructions throughout the Dashboard and thorough help files complete with graphics available by clicking on the HELP button on the Toolbar at the top of the Dashboard. We incorporated many ways to navigate around the Dashboard so there are several ways to get to your destination to perform a task.

Q13 - What can I do with the Dashboard?

A13 - You can perform many tasks with the Dashboard, including the following:

  • Originate loans on web application with help files and Borrower documentation.
  • Originate loans on fast version of Dashboard application without help files and Borrower documentation.
  • Edit applications submitted with the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard fast application, or the Click1003 Interactive Online Mortgage Application software.

  • View quick look loan summary for all apps.
  • View loan details full summary for all apps.
  • Print any submitted loan applications from web or Dashboard.

  • Print loan list in Pipeline Window for: New, Archived and Deleted loans.
  • View and print list of loans for individual loan officers (Note: Consultant version will view and print only that individual loan officer's pipeline. Broker/Banker version will print any or all loan officer's list of loans in their pipeline).
  • Import loan applications into your loan origination system (LOS). It will import the Fannie Mae MORNETPlus 3.2 .FNM file.
  • Transfer .FNM file into any folder on your computer.
  • Send your .FNM files to anyone via email attachment.
  • Archive your loans after loan is funded.
  • Move loan files to deleted category.
  • Retrieve Archived loan files.

  • View record of the date and time any loan file was imported, when loan file was emailed and which email address it was emailed to.

Q14 - When I make changes to loan files in the Dashboard, how long does it take to see the updates?

A14 - Loans originated or edited via the web on the online application or in the Dashboard are instantly updated in the database and available to you in the field and to your processor at the office.

Q15 - If I do a lot of loans, are there additional charges for storage of my online loan files?

A15 - The loan file storage costs are covered by your subscription price. In the future, we may offer document storage services for other loan documents, and we may need to charge for this. However, we promise that no additional fees will ever be charged without an express agreement with you.

Q16 - After I originate a loan or update my loan files, how do I communicate the information so my processor can see it in the Dashboard?

A16 - Your processor and your borrower will automatically receive an email telling them that a loan file has been submitted or changed and they will have access to the information immediately. You will receive an email also. Timely communication is key in the loan industry. The faster you can communicate loan information between broker, lender, loan agent, real estate agent and borrower, the faster your loans can get funded. Saving time is always good for your borrower, good for you and your bottom line. Until now, there hasn't been an affordable program that pulled all of this together. With the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard, the broker, processor, loan originator and borrower will have access to the loan application information (including changes to the application) instantly as you make the change.

Q17 - Does the Dashboard take the place of my loan origination system?

A17 - No, you will still need your LOS to populate all of the forms for the loan package once you import your loan file. Then you can fine tune your loans and submit them to Fannie Mae (DO/DU) or Freddie Mac (LP) through your LOS. We are not in competition with the LOS companies. In fact, the Click1003 Pro system was specifically designed to work with them. Some of the LOS companies have actually helped us in our efforts to make this interface available to you, and have been a great source of information during our development. There are many LOS's out there that have experienced developers who are experts in their field. We are seasoned veterans in the online mortgage application arena and appreciate the insight and expert assistance given us by these companies. We purposely don't duplicate the functions of your LOS because we believe redundancy wastes time. In other words, you shouldn't have to perform the same tasks twice in separate programs. We have created programs that assist you in your efforts to originate loans in the field. Then these loans will automatically be updated in real-time so you can access this information instantly back at the office. or anywhere in the world.
