Loan originators can print the Fannie Mae 1003 for their borrower's signature, edit the file from any location and communicate the loan submission and any changes of the loan file instantly to their processor and team members without having to physically take the loan file anywhere. The loan originator can perform a search and gain instant access to any of their new, archived or deleted loan files at the click of a mouse from anywhere in the world at any time. They can quickly see and manipulate their entire pipeline or any individual loan file to make changes, transfer files into different file folders, import files to their LOS, email the Fannie Mae file, view 'Quick Look' or 'Detailed' loan summaries of individual loan files, and much more. 4 What will Click1003 Pro do for mortgage brokers, bankers and processors? |
Not only does the Click1003 Pro Broker/Banker version do everything the Loan Consultant version does, but it consolidates the entire company's loan information into one Dashboard for easy access and instant communication. Mortgage brokers and their processors will have real-time updates to all loan activity of their company's loan officers working in the main office, a satellite office or out in the field. The Click1003 Pro Broker/Banker version displays all loans from every loan officer originating loans for your company in your Pipeline Window. The Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard is also connected to the Click1003 Interactive Online Mortgage Application software database. Activating the Click1003 Pro software program automatically generates your company's Online application complete with your company information, logo, and the link to incorporate into your website. You also will be able to add or delete loan officers, change any company information and update your logo at any time. Any loans submitted through the Online application by the borrower, or by your company's loan originators in the field, are automatically and instantly updated in the Click1003 Pro database and show up in the Broker/Banker version of the Dashboard. Processors are notified via email of loan submissions and updates to existing loan files in seconds. 5 How does the Click1003 Online Application work? |
Signing up for the Click1003 Pro Package automatically generates your new account and provides you with a link for you to incorporate into your website or email for the 'Apply Online button or link. Borrower's can then apply from your web site and their loan files will show up in your File Manager Dashboard. |

7 If I order, how long does it take to get set up? |
Instantly! Once you sign up, you will be sent an email with your link to the login screen and a User ID and Password. When you log into your Dashboard, you will fill out the registration information and the information to set up your Online application. When you submit your registration to us, you will automatically be sent an email with the Online Application link to incorporate into your website or email for the "Apply Online" button or link. When this is done, you are ready to take Online applications and start using your Dashboard! |
8 If I subscribe to the Click1003 Pro services, do I own the software program? |
You are purchasing a service, not program software. Click1003 will license the Click1003 Pro Software Package to you to use for the term you pay for. When your license term has expired, you will keep the work you've done, but we will retain ownership of the software program. |
9 Can I put this program on my own server for my company to use? |
To allow this with the Click1003 Pro software program would certainly work, but it would be cost prohibitive and you wouldn't necessarily have the security protocols in place to properly protect the non-public information you are collecting. It would also put Click1003 at risk because we wouldn't know who would have access to the software code and it would be hard to protect our copyright. |
10 Can you customize the Online Application for me? |
You can already choose your logo to put at the top of your Online Application. And with the new upgrades for 2016, you can also choose your time zone and a 'Theme' that will let the body of the Online application form better match the colors of your website. Beyond this, all changes such as eliminating or editing parts of the form itself would be violating the Fannie Mae guidelines and making it so the form wouldn't import into your Loan Origination System. All changes are global, meaning if we changed it for you, it would change it for everyone who uses Click1003 Pro. |
11 Do I have to pay a seat license for each of my loan officers to use the software? |
No. There is no limit on how many loan originators or number of loans you can do if you have the Banker/Broker version. They will receive email notification telling them when a loan has been submitted or when a loan file has been updated in the Click1003 Pro system. They can access the borrower's loan by clicking on a link in their email and entering the Master Email Address and Master Password. Once logged in, they can view, edit and print the application that was sent to their email. |
12 Can I get a Loan Officer version of the Click1003 Pro software? |
Yes, there are two ways to so this. One way is to signup under your Banker/Broker version license and pay an additional $9.95 per month for each LO to have their own Loan Consultant version of the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard to use in the office or out in the field. If you choose to sign them up, they will be signed up under your broker key and their loans will be visible in your company's Broker/Banker version. The loan consultant will only have access to their own loans, while you will have access to all of the loans in your loan officer's pipeline. The second way to get a LO version is: For the first time, Click1003 is introducing a "Stand-alone Loan Originator" version of the Click1003 Pro software program. This gives the individual Loan Originator a great tool with all of the same functionality as the Banker/Broker version to use in the field no mater where they go. This means their loans won't be in the broker's pipeline, but their loans can always be imported to the broker's LOS or the Banker/Broker version of Click1003 Pro at any time. |
13 Do I have to buy the Online Application and the File Manager Dashboard separately? |
No. Both modules are combined into one program and designed to work together for maximum efficiency. Our philosophy is that you should get one great program that does everything you need it to do, without having to pay for each new function. |
14 If this is a brand new upgrade, why is the price still the same? |
While it's true that Click1003 Pro is probably the longest running Online Application software program around (since 1997), we have continued to make many advancements to our Online software, but we haven't ever raised our prices. In fact, we have lowered them to about half of what the program originally sold for. We are continually increasing our client base by delivering outstanding software at a very reasonable price. Our goal is to be the best! Our hope is that the loan originators will see the need for our program package and realize that, for the cost, it is the best possible value for the money. We believe every loan originator out there will benefit from using our Click1003 Pro software. |
15 Will I see ads from companies wanting me to buy something every time I use it? |
Absolutely not! There are no advertisements in this program. Not only would this slow the program down, but it is not what we do. We are not in the advertising business, we are in the Online mortgage software business. Keeping our focus on the needs of our clients and developing outstanding, compliant mortgage software is our first and only concern. |
16 What is the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard for? |
It's main functions are to give the Broker and Loan Originator a way to keep track of, and manipulate the loan files in their pipeline, communicate loan submissions and changes to applications instantly to the processor. Click1003 Pro will also import and export Fannie Mae loan files to anywhere, from anywhere. It also offers the loan originator in the field who may not have an LOS on their personal computer, or may not have their computer handy when an opportunity presents itself, a way to originate loans at any time from anywhere. People are very spontaneous and you don't want to miss out on that opportunity. |
17 How do I get the File Manager Dashboard? Do I download it to my computer? |
Your Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard is located on the Internet on a secure website. When you sign up, you will be given a link to the Dashboard along with a User ID and Password to access it on the Internet. You can use it anywhere in the world on any computer with an Internet connection. There is nothing to download or install. |
18 Is the File Manager Dashboard difficult to use? |
CLick1003 Pro is very easy to use! It is about the easiest mortgage interface available Online A lot of thought, trial and error and experience went into the Dashboard's development. There are easy instructions throughout the Dashboard and thorough help files complete with graphics available by clicking on the HELP button on the Toolbar at the top of the Dashboard. There are also videos on the Click1003 website that demonstrate just how easy the program is to use. We have incorporated many ways to explain how to use Click1003 Pro. |

20 When I make changes to my loan files, are they updated right then? |
Loans originated or edited via the web on the Online application or in the Dashboard are instantly updated in the database and available to you in the field and to your processor at the office. |
21 Are there additional charges for storage of my Online loan files? |
The loan file storage costs are covered by your subscription price. In the future, we may offer document storage services for other loan documents, and we may need to charge for this. However, we promise that no additional fees will ever be charged without an express agreement with you. |
22 How do I communicate my loan file changes so my processor can see it? |
You, Your processor and your borrower will all automatically receive an email telling them that a loan file has been submitted or updated and they will have access to the information immediately via email or by logging into the Dashboard. We pride ourselves in providing an affordable loan originator program that pulls all of this together. With the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard, the broker, processor, loan originator and borrower will have access to the loan application information (including changes to the application) instantly as you make the change. |
23 Does the Dashboard take the place of my loan origination software? |
No, you will still need your LOS to populate all of the forms for the loan package once you import your loan file. Then you can fine tune your loans and submit them to Fannie Mae (DO/DU) or Freddie Mac (LP) through your LOS. We are not in competition with the LOS companies. In fact, the Click1003 Pro system was specifically designed to work with them. Some of the LOS companies have actually helped us in our efforts to make this interface available to you, and have been a great source of information during our development. There are many LOS's out there that have experienced developers who are experts in their field. We are seasoned veterans in the Online mortgage application arena and appreciate the insight and expert assistance given us by these companies. We purposely don't duplicate the functions of your LOS because we believe redundancy wastes time. In other words, you shouldn't have to perform the same tasks twice in separate programs. We have created programs that assist you in your efforts to originate loans in the field. Then these loans will automatically be updated in real-time so you can access this information instantly back at the office. or anywhere in the world. |
24 Are you planning further upgrades to the Click1003 Pro File Manager Dashboard? |
We continually make upgrades and advancements to the Click1003 Pro Interactive Online Mortgage Application software and the File Manager Dashboard. This year (2016) we have made many improvements and overhauled the entire program to be faster, more secure and we have also expanded its functionality by adding a "Stand-alone Loan Originator" version, an event calendar, Pipeline pagination (for quicker database load times), time zone selection for your location and 'Themes' to help match the application form colors of your website. We have also updated the analytics section for all of the closed loans transfered to the Archive folder. We will continue to make upgrades and improvements to make Click1003 Pro the leader in the Online Mortgage Application industry.
